A) Split Jerk

    *15 min. to hit all 5 sets, each rep needs to be heavy ending with a PR attempt

B) 25-20-15-10-5
     Thrusters (95/65)
    50-40-30-20-10
     Double Unders

C) For quality
     30- Band Pull Aparts
     30- HSPU     or 3 sets of 20 sec. handstand hold
