    *focus on speed!  Be fast each set 

B)  4 sets 
    30- double unders
    20- kettlebell swings (70/55)
    10- deadlift (275/185)
    *Rest 2 min between sets
    *Try to stay unbroken on all mvmnts
    *Score is total working time
