    *12 min to work to a heavy 2 rep.  Dropping is allowed but complete both reps within 15 seconds.

B)  EMOM 15
      Min 1: max double unders
      Min 2: max pull ups
      Min 3: 100 m sprint

C)  Goat work
    Practice CF Open movements you are weak in
