A)  Back Squat
     *15 min to find 1RM

B) "Cindy"
    AMRAP 20
     5- pull-up 
    10- push-up 
    15- air squat

C) Rec/Mob

***We will be testing the back and front squat this week for the upcoming strength cycle.  Front squat will be tested Friday.
