A) Deadlift
    3x5@90% + 10 lbs of 5RM
    2x10@75% 5RM

B) AMRAP 10
    10- kb swing (55/35)
    20- split jumps
    *Every 2 min starting at 0:00 ending at 8:00, perform 5- Burpees 

C) Plank
    *accumulate 5min of a plank hold
